This program is a large number counter that converts the count number to the Vietnamese words and says the number in a computer voice. Simply tap the button to increment the count. The program also has a slider that you can use to re-set the count. The TTS is from 'Software Automatic Mouth - Tiny Speech Synthesizer'.
