This program allows you to create a resized image of a bitmap (1-500%) with a built in editor and share the result image file via MMS. Use the file based explorer to locate the bitmap file and when you tap on it you can view it in the viewer. Use the slider to adjust the scale of the picture. When done select 'Send MMS' from the toolbar to send via MMS. The bitmap libs is from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' (c) Paul Macklin
