This program allows you to compose censored images of a pictures with a built in editor and save them to BMP, JPEG, TIFF, GIF or PNG image file format. Tap the button to take a picture and the program will place the bitmap image in the current folder. Tap on the picture file to censor the image. When done select 'Save' from the toolbar to export the image file to BMP, JPEG, GIF, TIFF or PNG image file format. The bitmap libs are from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' (c) Paul Macklin
