This program is a heavily compact ADPCM audio codec voice recorder that records the compact PCM files as dated files in the current folder. Select 'Record' from the toolbar to start the recorder and tap the button to stop the recorder. When you stop the recording the program instantly converts the audio to the heavily compressed ADPCM audio file format and stores it in the current folder. The program also has a built in PCM player.
