This program 'blends' two bitmap images and allows you to preview the image and displays the new bitmap image file and allows you to save the file. Select the main image and the blended image and move the slider to select the level of blend (1-100%). When you tap the button the program wll compose a new bitmap with the two images blended. The Blender BMP is in C++.
